Finnlines: Unifying marketing visuals across the Baltic Sea
1 min read
In recent years, Finnlines' passenger traffic marketing has grown significantly, driven by increasing demand across the Baltic Sea region. However, a key challenge was the lack of visual consistency in the brand's marketing materials. To address this, a more functional brand book, along with visual templates, was created to unify the marketing visuals across the shores of the Baltic Sea.
Working closely with Finnlines' talented in-house marketing team, I had the opportunity to create a new version of the brand book. The primary goal was to develop clearer guidelines tailored to the needs of the Finnish, Swedish, and German offices. These improved guidelines unified Finnlines’ strong brand identity and visual language, ensuring consistency across all shores of the Baltic Sea.
A key focus of this project was the introduction of graphic guidelines, addressing the essential need for consistent visual standards. To further support the team, I developed visual templates that would simplify brand management and speed up the production of marketing materials.
